Daily affirmations

Each morning in 2H we choose a daily affirmation that we say during registration.  This week we have recited “I am respectful” and “I am a good friend”.  We try to come back to these affirmations through the day and encourage each other to show these qualities. Each affirmation has a song we play and sing.  These can be found on doggy land affirmation if you would like to do them at home.
