Cycling is a great way to boost your mood and is great for your wellbeing. Again, no pressure, as much or as little as you can manage, it all helps. Also if you do any cycling outside of school then that helps too, add it on. Shall we set a challenge? Lands End to John O Groats.....its only 874 miles haha!!
So let's have some fun and see how far we get!
