Today we have explored lots of ways to improve our Mental Health. These included mindfulness colouring, listening to calm music, different ways to exercise including dancing and yoga, reading and one of our favourites…making ourselves laugh! We also spent time discussing the importance of sleep, how it can affect your body and identified ways we could all improve our quality of sleep.
