The Zones of Regulation

Since September, we have been working hard to understand and communicate our emotions using the Zones of Regulation. Today we listened to a new song called the ‘Feelings Song’ which explained the different Zones and emotions in a fun way! Then we completed our daily check-in to help us get ready for a new week!
