1C were intrigued when Mrs Hale brought in some Islamic prayer mats this afternoon. We watched a video and listened to some special music and then the children were able to have a go, sitting on the mat and looking at the different colours and patterns.

Bear hunt exploration.

Today we took part in a multi sensory activity of the bear hunt. Each child had the opportunity to explore each of the environments in the story. Children enjoyed the story being read aloud to them as they explored each environment.
