The school hall was packed with parents, carers, pupils and staff so a small Band performed from the back of the hall. Thanks to Mr Pye for coming to work early for to play with us and to Cameron on drums for playing perfectly in his first proper concert!

Bispham Rock Gardens Saturday June 15th 2024

Flaming June and it poured down!! Never mind - we performed to a large crowd for the Friends of the Rock Gardens and played really well. Mr Bradford insisted the sun was about to come out and it did - but only after we had finished playing! Not to worry though - we really enjoyed ourselves.

Blackpool North Train Station Wednesday June 12th 2024
The Band performed for members of Blackpool Council, local dignitaries and members of the public at the opening of the new tram stop under the Hilton Hotel. We were invited to take refreshments at Marco Pierre White's restaurant in the hotel afterwards which was a lovely surprise!

Ribby Hall Music Festival Friday May 17th 2024
The Band performed at the annual music festival with pupils from eight other schools and with Park's School Choir. There were some important people in the audience including an MP, a deputy Chief Constable and the mayors of local towns so we were all on our best behaviour!

Poulton le Fylde Methodist Church Saturday May 11th 2024
The Band was delighted to perform for "Sam's Place" which supports young people with autism, special educational needs and other disabilities. The Band played very well and kept the huge audience packed into the church hall well entertained.

PCA Spring Fair Friday April 26th 2024
There was a full turn out of Band members to perform for the parents, carers and pupils who queued up to enter the hall for the Spring Fair. Fortunately, the rain held off but it was still cold and windy so we were glad to get inside and warm ourselves up. Well done, Band!

Woodlands School Wednesday April 24th 2024

The Band performed for pupils and staff at Woodlands School and we went down a storm! Everyone clapped and sang along with us which made us very happy. The school is next door to PCA so the whole Band went.... and what a sound we made. Well done to everyone at BOTH schools!

PCA Easter Assembly Thursday March 28th 2024
The Band featured in the last full school assembly of the Spring Term and can be seen here practicing before the pupils and staff came into the hall. It was also Mrs Fielding's birthday so we played a special "Happy Birthday" just for her!

The Grand Hotel Blackpool Thursday March 20th 2024
The Band was invited to perform at a meeting of the Blackpool Parent Forum which supports parents and carers of young people from babies to 25 years. We were more than happy to support the event and hopefully we entertained the hundreds of attendees who listened to our music.

PCA Coffee Morning Thursday March 7th 2024
PCA's Family Team asked the Band to perform for parents and carers at their coffee morning to celebrate "International Women's Day". Lots of people joined in the many activities set up for them. Well done to the Family Team for a special morning!

PCA Coffee Morning Friday February 23rd 2024
The Band was invited to perform for parents, carers, pupils and staff at the fundraiser for Brian House hospice held today. Elmer the Elephant encouraged people to spend their money for a good cause and £920 was raised altogether - well done, PCA!

Blackpool Central Library Thursday February 8th 2024
The Band performed at the "Be Who You Want To Be" initiative in front of the very large crowd packed into the Library. A BBC news team came to film the event and the Band appeared on the Look North programme which was very exciting for us. Well done, the Band!
