In our home cooking session this week we made fish cakes.
we mashed fish up together with flour and other ingredients. We then crushed crackers up to use as a outer crumb of the fish cake.

We looked at “The Triangle of Exposure” this is the settings we need to look at to take good photos

In our functional maths lesson this week we looked at budgeting and booking a holiday.
We used google sheets to easily list all the costs and needs of a holiday.

Home cooking
In our home cooking session this week we made lemon and blueberry muffins.
We all learnt how to carefully zest the lemons using a grater, we then mixed this with the other ingredients into a batter which we carefully placed into muffin cases.

In our resilience session this week we tried some activities we hadn’t done before.
Jorja was extremely helpful, helping Leah to make loom bands.
Anthony showed real resilience as his Hama bead pattern got knocked and he had to remake it from scratch.

We are continuing with our enterprise project for Christmas.
we have continued to cut boxes up and decorate them using old Xmas wrapping paper as and eco friendly way to recycle. We have also been designing and making tags for the gifts.
